1. Acceptance

By using UnSearch, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Service Description

UnSearch provides a search API for AI applications. We offer both hosted and self-hosted options under the Apache 2.0 license.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or billing
  • Resell API access without authorization
  • Overwhelm the service with excessive requests

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused portions.

6. API Keys

API keys are confidential. Do not share them publicly. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are compromised or misused.

7. Open Source

The UnSearch software is licensed under Apache 2.0. The hosted service has additional terms as described here.

8. Limitation of Liability

UnSearch is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or service interruptions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
